We are losing a lot of new players and old players due to the bugs below. Pls fix it by next maintenance. We hardly have raid due to the low server population and we do not have active GMs and customer support technically is slow and do not even work on weekends.

hello i am a new adventure and i am starting the game now , but when i taalk with the saimon and enter in the dungeon , after receive buff of the misstteriossy woman and go down , greey targets appears in the screen and when i arrivve in tthe scene with the people fainted , my game closes i ttry to put the low grafics but the problem continues i need help i like the game and my pc is good . 4gb memory , 500 hd , i7 wwifh amd radeon 6000
